Based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, we have many expat students and have native and fluent english speaking instructors teaching a variety of creative classes.

The PBJ Scholarship
At any given time, 1-2 khmer children from areas of poverty are invited to take classes at Creative Talents, at no cost to their families.
We are able to do this thanks to our PBJ fund and are honored to offer this opportunity for children to learn at a consistent quality.
The Director
Sheila Wilson
Sheila is a strong leader with a tender heart that supports her personal philanthropic activities for people in many countries.
She Earned her BS Degrees from the University of Washington in Psychology and Biology with a clinical focus on neurological development of children. She went on to earn her Masters Degree from Antioch University specializing in psychological disorders of childhood and developing strategies and interventions to assist families.
Founder of The Northwest School of Innovative Learning, she is recognized by the State of Washington as a Child Mental Health Specialist since 2003, and has personally raised 26 children through adoption, fostering, and hosting.
After years of working in social services and teaching snowboarding, ice skating, swimming, and gymnastics in her spare time, in 2016, Sheila moved to China and began her English teaching career. In 2019, she immigrated to Cambodia. She applies decades of educational experience and psychological knowledge to the development of Creative Talents and is passionate about providing the best services to each student and family.
